We are looking for an experienced Business Architect who wants to make an impact on the European FinTech-arena.

IT work in close cooperation with the business, balancing the needs of today with the requirements of tomorrow.

We are looking for a Business Architect that can take the holistic perspective understanding both business and IT and who can facilitate and define the target set up as well as the transformation roadmap. The candidate is passionate about creating insights and has the ability to share the findings with colleagues both within business functions and IT. The Business Architect also has an important role in describing business processes and aligning the value chains (front to back) as well as challenging the IT systems to secure that we have the right set up.

As a Business Architect:

- You will identify, describe and analyze business requirements, to clarify areas in need for technology change and identify possible solutions
- You will work with users, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level intent for the product portfolio to be able to adress information models and the transformation agenda
- You will ensure that the impact of business strategies, goals and expected effects are clear
- You will support the evolution of our product portfolio and the associated value streams, understanding and working to optimize efficiency by removing bottle necks
- You will describe operational capabilities by defining and clarifying how information, processes and IT systems collaborate
- You will collaborate with business experts such as management, business developers, product managers and users at different levels. You will also support the solution architect in the analysis of various possible IT solutions
- Deliveries might include, for example, stakeholder models, business model descriptions, capability maps, process models, customer journey maps, conceptual models, information models as well as various matrices and other visualizations that are needed to clarify important connections

Basic Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Architect or similar
- Deep knowledge in capability-, process-, concept- and information modeling as well as requirements management
- Experience in business modelling, target setting, and service design
- Experience of working in a complex environment, preferably in a multi-country setup
- Ability to lead work streams with both business and IT experts participating
- Extensive understanding of the business within financial services, preferably with insurance experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal-, and conflict resolution skills
- Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work, and challenging problems Effective communication skills in Swedish and English
- Experience in international roles is a plus
