About the position
You will be a part of our Strategy & Architecture team, whose purpose is to ensure that the business is managed and deliver in accordance with the Nordic IT strategy. We work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the business to create a common plan for business architecture. Our team consists of seven competent Business Architects who look forward to welcoming a new colleague into the team!

As a Business Architect you will develop and maintain a holistic, future-proof, cost-efficient, flexible, and robust architecture within the business aligned with the Nordic IT strategy. You will translate the business strategies into tangible principles and models, for example, value streams, capabilities, business scenarios, to guide the transformation of business and digitalization efforts. Close collaboration with your team, stakeholders in the business and in within IT as well as with Business Developers and Change Managers is the key to success in the role. The position includes:

* Create and maintain the enterprise view including business architecture models and blueprints in the architecture repository.
* Support business initiatives with internal consulting of business architecture competence, modelling, best practices, and common language/method.
* Support the training and competence increase within the organization regarding business architecture.
* Strengthen the alignment between the business and IT.
* Ensure compliance to existing business and IT Strategies.
* Provision of concepts, methods and tools to support the business architecture development and documentation. 

The role is located in Malmö.

Profile
To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe that you can be a junior and want to develop in the role or a senior with solid experience in the field. We think you have experience of a similar role or as a business developer or business analyst. You also have a relevant educational background. It is positive if you have knowledge or experience of “the Architect’s mindset". You are fluent in Swedish and English.

As a person, we believe that you are analytical and structured in your work and the ability to understand the whole - a holistic approach. You are business-oriented, dare to challenge stakeholders in the organization and positive about trying new ways of working. Since you will have several cross-functional collaborations, you are a team player who is good at communicating. Explaining something complex in an easy-to-understand way comes naturally to you.

Your team leader, Pontus Olsson, has great confidence in his team members and encourages them to take their own initiatives and responsibilities. Helping each other and contributing to a culture where you dare to try and make mistakes is important to be able to develop and become even better.
