Business Architect - Demand to Cash Management

Business Architect - Demand to Cash Management

Arbetsbeskrivning

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Do you enjoy untangling complex situations, draw conclusions and turn them into action? Are you challenged by the unexplored and see the possibilities in breaking new grounds? Are you excited of being an active part of Scania’s transformation journey?

We are in an ongoing transformation full of opportunities where we strive to add the holistic perspective in everything we do. We are now looking for skilled and driven Business Architect to strengthen our team even further.

Demand to cash management (D2C), established in January 2019, is responsible for the Forecast and planning process, the Order to cash process and the Order management process.

Our mission is to considerably increase the flow efficiency within Scania’s core process Order to delivery (O2D) while utilizing the available resources in the best possible way.

What we offer

We can offer you a wide, challenging and developing position in an exciting and dynamic environment. We are together building a flexible and fast-moving organization with focus on enabling flow efficiency where the cross functional collaboration is key to success. The focus and attention from Scania’s top management as well as their expectations of our results are high.

Your main responsibilities as Business architect are to manage the organisations demands and challenges through the composition of process, information and IT-systems. Identifying what needs to change and by this creating the foundation for the desired business effects. This include aligning to and impacting our overall strategy and the definition of requirements towards the IT organisation.

Typical tasks include describing and analysing business processes; their interfaces and information and how these can be improved and benefit from technology and support our direction for transparency and data driven decisions end-to-end. You reassure that information is managed and that the data quality meet the requirements.

A key deliverable is to establish and maintain our end-to-end blueprint architecture in alignment with the overall Scania system through cooperating cross functionally within the company.

Your profile

As a person you are a self-driven curious team player and have a genuine interest to understand the business from a holistic perspective. You have the ability to describe and explain complex structural and organisational relationships in an understandable way. Utilising established methodologies and your influencing skills to get buy-in on what that needs to be addressed and drive change throughout the implementation phase.

As you work in the intersection of business and IT, it is required that you can manage both perspectives.

Since we are moving towards SAP S/4HANA we are looking for a person with experience in the ERP domain. Having the ability to understand the ERP processes for the domain and their alignments or deviations to Scania processes will be a key factor for the role.

Preferably you have a good understanding of business possibilities through the utilisation of digitalisation and advanced analytics.

You have a relevant academic degree for the job and are fluent in English.

So, if you want to join a team who together solves complex problems in a constantly changing and fast paced environment – take the opportunity and join us!
