We are looking for somebody for the position as Business Architect in the area of Component Assembly.
We stand in front of a big change, and this will be an exciting journey. We need to develop both the way of working in the Production and Logistics business, as well as the IT solutions that will support our business, and this together with all that digitalization brings.
The business architecture and IT solutions should be an enabler for our business to take on new challenges and opportunities within our global production system. Our vison is that we should have an efficient, transparent and automated global production system, using modern digital solutions to connect our people, processes & equipment to support real time decisions based on high quality data
What we offer

These initiatives are kept together by the NOVA (New Order to deliVery Architecture) Program. Your main responsibilities as a Business Architect are to manage the business demands and challenges worldwide through the composition of process, information and IT-systems. Identifying what needs to change and by this create the foundation for the desired business effects
You will be responsible for the Business Architecture together with IT strategies and Road maps for Component Assembly. Together with our management you are an important key player for our business- and IT-development initiatives
You work closely with the Component Assembly team with colleagues from business and IT, Solution Architects, process experts and project managers. You will build your global network by meeting different people and cultures which means that the job includes travelling
Typical tasks include describing and analysing business processes; their interfaces and information and how these can be improved and benefit from technology.

You will be part of a team of business architects who support each other, balance the workload between each other when needed and cooperate on the improvements of the way of working
Your Profile
As a person you are a self-driven curious team player and have a genuine interest to understand the business from a holistic perspective. You have the ability to describe and explain complex structural and organisational relationships in an understandable way. Utilising established methodologies and your influencing skills to get buy-in on what that needs to be addressed and drive change throughout the implementation phase
We believe that you have a master of science in engineering or university degree in Information Science or have the corresponding knowledge. Working in the area between business and IT requires that you understand and can handle both perspectives
You have a good level in facilitating meetings and you´re structured, pedagogic and communicative.
It is meriting if you have knowledge and experience in Business Modelling to capture the business demands on IT solutions. If you have the interest and experience of developing processes, the skill of capturing and defining IT requirements could be developed when you grow into your position
To succeed in the role, you need social and analytic skills. You are used to take own initiatives to create and maintain structures. You want to create an overall perspective and see the complete picture. You also have a talent for visualising this picture for the involved colleagues and stake holders
