Scania is going through a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. This puts requirements on the organization to ensure that business architecture, governance, methods, processes and IT systems are adapted.
To secure this, we need to lead, plan, coordinate, study, propose and guide business development in an efficient way. We are also exploring a design driven approach to find our ways in a highly VUCA environment.
The competence area we need to strengthen is within business architecture, with a person having knowledge about business architecture, business-, and process development, information modelling, and that have participated in this kind of transformation before.
Your main responsibilities
• Your role will be to lead and guide the organisation in how to set new business architecture and processes in the transformation together with stakeholders from all over Scania and the other brands within TRATON.
• You will supply leadership and communicate with different teams as well as stakeholders on all levels.
• You will motivate and take decisions regarding priorities and ways of working.
• Producing the necessary documentation for stakeholders and steering committees where the method Milky Way is used.
• You will lead or facilitate Workshops and Design Sprints.
About you
• To succeed in this role you need to be a do:er, get things done and make vague assignments clear. It is important that you can work independently and have the ability to get interested parties and customer engaged and onboard.
• You need to be a good leader with the ability to document as well as being communicative. A condition is that you are interested in people and that you want to share knowledge with other.
• You have a solid experience of and are passionate for business architecture in a changing environment. You have good knowledge about methods and tools for business-, and process development and information modelling, agile way of working and an interest in business and IT.
We believe that you have the ability to adapt to changes and new input. In the development of new processes, you can create structure when it is temporarily lacking. Previous skills in product structure and knowledge about how Scania works are preferred.
If you have interest in a Enterprise Design driven approach it is meritious. We are constantly improving and refining our way of working, and design is an interesting area.
Good knowledge in Swedish and English is a demand. Knowledge in German is a plus. We believe you have a university degree and more than ten years of work experience.
