Business Area Manager for Däckia Partners

We are now recruiting a Business Area Manager to manage the Däckia Partners. The role is focused on developing and renewing our partner concept. You will be part of the local management team, and report to the General Manager for Däckia.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and renew our Däckia partner concept
Increase Pirelli sales within the Däckia partner network
Independently drive improvement and projects within Däckia and Däckia partners
Trustworthy advisor and support to the partners regarding business development
Budget responsibility for partner agreements
Represent Däckia and its values within the Däckia partner network
Represent the partners in the Däckia management team

Who are you?
You have an academic degree and senior experience of sales and/or business management within the automotive/tyre industry.
You are fluent in English and Swedish.
To be successful in the role, it is important that you are a good team player with excellent communication skills and a good networking ability. You have a solid business understanding and are motivated by a role where you can contribute to the business.
You possess leadership maturity and integrity, both when it comes to leading projects and business, internally as well as externally.
You also need to be open for travelling on a regular basis since the role covers large distances.

From May 2020, the companies are working in an integrated operation in a new office in Kista Science Tower.
