Airmee is one of Europe’s fastest growing logistics startups transforming last-mile deliveries in urban areas. We help online retailers by leveraging machine learning and powerful proprietary research-based technology to provide fast and environmentally sustainable e-commerce deliveries.
We're currently in need of a Business Area Owner that has the aspiration to be a front runner in the wonderful world of fresh groceries and state of the art last-mile-deliveries!
What are we looking for?
As a Business Area Owner, you will be responsible for developing and accelerating Airmee Fresh! You’ll work closely with multiple teams across Airmee to ensure customer success with our largest "Fresh" customers, but also work on identifying and developing new business cases with relevant key customer leads. You will be responsible for finding new markets, tailoring our services to customer needs and driving the entire expansion altogether.

What will you be doing?
- Work cross-functionally to seek new solutions for the business area efficiency and increased growth
- Thrive in a start-up culture and look for new ways to create value for the business and customers
- Activate and drive the concept of Airmee Fresh and sell the future vision to our customers
- Be the customers go-to-contact, handling inquiries, overcoming obstacles, and providing solutions in a fast and timely manner
- Provide a delightful customer experience, regardless of deal outcome
- Build informal reports with contacts to encourage long term relationships
- Engage with your portfolio to understand opportunities for improvements and proactively seek customer feedback
- Develop processes and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution
What skills and experience do you need?
- 3+ years of experience in B2C/B2B2C sales in a fast-growing startup/company, preferably from FMCG or Food Services
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- You are smart and you get stuff done quickly and accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- You thrive in fast-paced environments where change is constant
- You can push us and be pushed. We love to be proven wrong, and you should too. It’s the only way to grow together
- Fluency in Swedish and English both verbal and written is required. Another Nordic language is a plus
- Experience in e-commerce is a serious plus!
