The Uni3 by Geely campus is a symbolic project, demonstrating Geely’s long-term commitment to its development in Gothenburg and Sweden. The project is developed and managed by Geely Innovation Centre Management AB (GIC), located in the campus.
The facilities make up an open campus of over 105,000 m² located in central Gothenburg. It offers a wide range of experiences to many, from tenants to students and professionals at Lindholmen as well as the public in Gothenburg.
Geely Innovation Centre is looking for a business assistant that can contribute in our fast-paced and inspiring organization. You will play an important role in supporting our CEO in everyday tasks and manage office. You will also drive business related projects and support.
We would like you to bring your experiences and qualifications:
• Experience (> 3 years) from assisting or coordinating close to business.
• Experience from delivering business related projects
• High integrity with a can-do attitude and high level of self-management
• Fluent in Swedish and English since international contacts is a vital part of the job
• Great communicating and reporting skills.
• Outgoing personality and ability to perform, both on an operational and strategical level.
• Organized and structured when needed.
• Business related bachelor’s degree (preferred), however your educational background could be another, if you have the right experiences and personality.
• Experience from real estate or hospitality industry is advantageous.
An ordinary workday for you could look like:
• Structure and be responsible for the management teams annual planning
• Independently create different materials and presentations for forums CEO is involved in
• Run, participate and follow up on business-related projects
• Participate In company digitalization, further develop digital tools
• Coordinate meetings, invitations and agendas
• Manage CEO's calendar and book trips, meetings, lunches, receipts and invoice management
• Represent the company during visits and make presentations
• Other Ad hoc tasks
