As our current Internal Service Coordinator will go on maternity leave, we are looking for her replacement during approx. 15-16 months with a start date as soon as possible.
Job description
In your role you will manage and follow up projects in the various departments and act as general support for any issues that arise. Furthermore, you are responsible, together with other colleagues to department internal service function in an effective manner. It is very important that you find joy in giving service and always are a step ahead.
Responsibilities
• Administrator for Antura
• Administrate time reporting in Antura
• Administrative support to Project managers, Section managers and R&D management team
• Administrate departmental projects and run your own projects within departments, often at the same time
• Administrate the Intranet & SharePoint: publishing Divisional News, updating sites for the departments
• Actively participate in budget processes
• Responsible for dealing with external partners
• Arrange internal and external conferences and major events
• Streamline administrative procedures for Internal Service
• Travel reservations and administration of profiles
Competence / Person-profile
• Very service minded, structured and effective
• You can work independently, make your own decisions, priorities and take decisions
• You are analytical and good at finding creative solutions for the bigger picture rather than partial solution
• You understand how the business works and can drive work for improvement
• You have high integrity
• You have a very high stress level and have the ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks
• Flexible and proactive
• Good ability to organize
Qualifications
• Very good knowledge in English and Swedish, both spoken and written is a demand
• Very good IT-knowledge and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in Antura
• Knowledge in SharePoint
• Experience from similar duties
• Driving license (B)
