Business Change Manager / DSV solutions / Permanent
Do you have experience with contract logistics and knowledge of change management and processes? Contribute to the development and roll-out of strategic projects in DSV Solutions
As a Business Change Manager in our Process Excellence and Implementation team within BCM Solutions, you will play a central role in implementing key strategic projects within DSV Solutions. We offer a flexible role, with great responsibility where you take control of a highly skilled team of colleagues.
Ideally, you will be based at our office in Boras near Gothenburg. However, if necessary, you may choose to work out of one of our other offices throughout Sweden.
As a valued business partner, you will assist in supporting all DSV Solutions sites in Sweden. More specifically you will:
* Support the development, implementation, and administration of DSV Solutions strategic projects
* Contribute to the description of products, services, and processes.
Assist in updating processes for our internal projects, while growing your project management skills as well as supporting Solutions management team with our strategic targets.
Manage a team of four
You will be part of and lead a young and energetic Business Change Management department that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the ambition to create and lead successful change management projects

What we are looking for:
To succeed in this role, experience with automated logistic Solutions is considered a big advantage. You are a team player who can manage to work independently and who knows how to communicate and collaborate to achieve the defined business objectives. You can stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate at both top management and specialist level. Equally importantly, you can balance urgent tasks with long-term projects because you are self-motivated and highly organized.
You are ready to drive change across DSV Solutions because you:
* Have experience of project management and delivering change management across programmes within a large organisation
* Have experience with Contract logistics
* Have an Ability to coach and develop others whilst role modelling expected behaviours
* Have great influencing, interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
* Have a structured approach and have experience working on long-term projects.
* Have excellent English and Swedish language skills
* Have thorough knowledge of change management and stakeholder management e.g. Prosci/ADKAR and/or Knowledge of business change techniques such as business process modelling, Prince 2 and gap analysis. (Training in project management, strategic management and/or change management is relevant)
