Kvalifikationer
- Academic degree in business administration, communication/marketing or similar.
- Experience from working within communication.
- Experience from video production and editing.
- Pedagogical knowledge background, e.g., e-learning, holding workshops.
- Experience of agile way of working.
- Fluent in English, fluency in Swedish is a merit but not a requirement.

Job Description
Our leading customer in the fashion industry are looking for a Business Communication Expert to join their Adoption team. The team drive change towards a modern digital workplace. Tehy do this by stablish a Community and foster new behaviors at the company. To aid adoption in the organization they feed inspiration and motivation to adopt, learn and evolve in a modern workplace. Our customer drive efficient adoption by motivation and inspiration of our colleagues to use digital tools by advocating for the Colleague Experience products. In this role your main tasks will be to: Content creation of communication and training material both in PowerPoint, Sway, SharePoint and in video format, Collaborate with different stakeholders from a number of teams globally, Guide and support virtual meetings and events
Administrative work such as handling all admin around an event e.g., creating and sending out invitations, evaluations, & securing content to events and training sessions, Create manuals, training, advertisements material both in written format and in video format for our MS365 onboarding material for new hires. You will also support the other organizational units within different areas with communication & collaboration material often in video format. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor.

You are also strong in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a “can-do attitude” and a willingness to try new things.
