Business Concept Developer within E-mobility Services

Within Sales and Marketing, we at Service Portfolio and Delivery are overall responsible for Scania’s global service offerings. We are at the forefront of the transformation and in the section Service Operations you will be at the heart of driving and supporting this change for our customers and in our global service network.

Your role

Your main task as Business Concept Developer is to develop new business concepts to ensure Scania is in the forefront when it comes to e-mobility services. Your task is to find viable business opportunities, adding customer value and improving Scania’s position and profitability in close collaboration with our Product Managers and Service Designers. You will be up to date on trends within the industry and will work closely with our global service network to make sure the services we develop and offer are relevant and attractive to our customers. The focus will be to develop premium services for electrified vehicles that will maximise the utilisation of the vehicle and support the customers with data-driven insights so they can focus on their core business.

We are offering a flexible work environment with the possibility to work at least part-time from home. You will also have the possibility to work from Scania’s newly opened hub downtown Stockholm. You will work closely with our global service network when developing new business concepts and there will be opportunities to travel.

You are an entrepreneurial person with a strong customer focus mind-set. You bring with you enthusiasm, a keen eye for new business opportunities and the ability bring in new perspectives. You have an understanding of service development and digital transformation. You are self-motivated, have an open mindset, you like to learn fast, and can show that you get things done.

You value team spirit, high pace and is an effective collaborator. You enjoy a large degree of flexibility both in terms of skillset and being prepared to handle fast changing situations. You have a relevant academic degree (e.g. engineering/business) or similar and are fluent in English.
