Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Defining the product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
Ensuring clear visualization and understanding of business and digital initiative strategies and goals.
Managing and leading interactions with stakeholders and end users.
Collecting feedback on implemented work through measures, analytics, and end user input.
Providing comprehensive analysis and insights into market trends, technology advancements, digital product trends, and the competitive landscape.
Planning and forecasting resource needs in connection to One Rhythm.
Driving the planning cycle for digital products, including roadmap development, resource needs assessment, and budget planning.
Ensuring compliance with all legal, compliance, and security requirements for digital products.
Securing release and roll-out plans, including change management and training approaches.
Identifying and addressing successes, issues, risks, and potential actions to be escalated.
Cultivating a culture of strong collaboration and teamwork within the organization.

What you bring:
Experience and knowledge of IT development in Process and IT projects.
Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience in the automotive industry.
Experience working in an agile delivery organization.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in English, as we operate in a global organization.
