On this journey our Project team needs to handle complex IT solutions, on a global stage and at a high pace. Therefore, we are searching for a project manager who is as obsessed with our clients as we are!

We offer you a possibility to lay the foundation for long term client relations, working with cutting edge security platforms and redefine how to run complex IT delivery projects.

Our Project teams are distributed across Europe, in Berlin, Ettlingen and Paris. The role is located at our HQ in Stockholm and the clients will mainly be based within Scandinavia.

What will you be doing at Nexus?
As Business Consultant you act like a project manager within our external delivery projects. This means implementations of security solutions in the world of physical and digital identities with a strong focus on global F500 partners & companies. This means securing required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budget, risks and changes.

Your team supports partners and clients during the definition and implementation of our SmartID (https://doc.nexusgroup.com/display/PUB/Nexus+Smart+ID) solutions, working with the key users of our partners and customers and in coordination with other sub-project managers to develop and deliver the corresponding concepts.

During and after the projects it’s important that you collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure continuous improvement, lessons learned and to make sure Nexus and all relevant stakeholders are up to date with the progress and impression from the customer.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role, we believe you have at least a couple years of experience as a project manager for external clients as well as a relevant degree (MBA, Ma.S or Ba.S) and a strong willingness to develop yourself and grow with Nexus. We think it’s a great advantage if you have worked in a dynamic and agile tech- or security company before.

You will be expected to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. Therefore it’s important that you are communicative and likeable. People help you because they want to, not because they feel that they have to.

We think that you have a business mindset and ability to seek constructive solutions. You have a passion for problem solving and driving change. People tend to trust you and rely on your good judgement.

Basic qualification

Fluent in Swedish and unhindered English

A proven track record for working in complex IT scenarios

at least a couple years of work experience as a project manager for external clients.
