Job description: We are looking for both University Graduates and Experienced Professionals to the Stockholm, Copenhagen and Amsterdam offices.We offer you the opportunity to work in an international environment within the financial industry! As a Mindwell consultant, you will help clients develop more efficient tools, models and processes for their trading and risk management operations.You will take part in the advisory, management, implementation, integration and customization of vendor products at Investment Banks and Financial Institutions, aiming to stream-line them for cutting- edge performance and business processing.As a new member of the crew you will be extensively trained in the specific vendor product tools and supported by senior colleagues.If you have previous experience in the field, adequate add-on training and parallel work with our senior associates will be arranged prior to engaging in live assignments.In your role you will: *Gain experience from the very forefront of the international financial industry *Work in a highly motivated team with a great spirit in a growing company and face theoretical and practical challenges across all types of financial products *Work with the processes in investment banks and other financial institutions all the way through trading, valuation, risk management and back office processing *Travel and work with dedicated people in and outside Europe Requirements: *MSc or similar preferably including programming and financial mathematics.or *Relevant working experience, such as configuration, customization or integration of mission-critical applications, such as trading and/or risk management systems.*You are genuinely interested in problem solving where programming skills combined with knowledge of financial theories apply *Fluently in English.German is an advantage As a consultant in a client facing role you need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.You are prepared to spend periods of time travelling and working abroad.You possess excellent analytical ability with a strategic mindset.
