We are currently about 75 consultants working with IFS Applications at Tietoevry. We need to expand, and right now we are interested in candidates with different experiences. We are looking for you who work in or with a business whose everyday life includes an ERP system and business processes, as well as you who feel ready for new challenges. You thrive in a culture where you as an individual are seen and important, where you contribute with your commitment and your low prestige. You are used to working in teams and project groups.
The assignment as Business Consultant
Together with the customer, you improve and streamline the business solution to achieve greater business value. You probably work in IFS Applications, but the assignments are also related to the business processes that the customer works with.
Key qualities for success in the assignments are that you are prone to change, customer-focused and have the will to naturally share your knowledge and experience both internally and externally.
Examples of assignments can be the implementation or upgrading of a customer's business system solution. This means, together with the customer, achieving consensus on the to-be business processes and translating these into efficient working methods in IFS Applications. We emphasize that you have the will to understand and develop the customer's business processes in order to have the ability to create the greatest business value in the customer's IFS Applications.
Personal qualities and background
You have a will and natural aptitude to understand customers' processes, needs and challenges. Furthermore, you like to do your utmost to give the customer extra value, which creates conditions for long-term relationships.
You probably have a background such as a consultant, superuser, business developer or process owner with regular use of an ERP system. Experience in digitization and standardization is highly relevant. Your qualities and your ambition are as important as your background.
It is extra meritorious if you have experience of IFS Applications in one / some of the areas; Finance, Supply Chain and Projects.
The position as a consultant involves business trips, domestically as well as abroad. As a consultant, you can impact and manage the length and frequency of the travel to a high extent.
