To succeed in this role, you also need:
• University degree and/or proven knowledge in the field of risk management, preferably specialized in Business Continuity.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Business Continuity and risk management, preferably in a multinational organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position you will lead the area of Business continuity management with the purpose to develop, integrate and support enterprise wide business continuity and disaster recovery management programs aimed at; maintain business operation during and after an incident; recover quicker after interruptions; reduce costs and duration of any disruption; build customer confidence and trust; and secure a companywide crisis management capability
Amongst many tasks you will:
• Act as Ingka process leader for Business Continuity Management, including Crisis Management and develop the strategic direction and coordination of enterprise wide business continuity and disaster recovery efforts for key operational processes
• Taking the lead in developing our ways of working, related steering and supporting documents as well as digital tools
• Develop the strategic direction and coordination of enterprise wide business continuity and disaster recovery efforts
• Support the organisation as a subject matter expert in disaster recovery, crisis management and business continuity planning
You will report to the Risk, Compliance & Internal Control Manager. The position is in Malmö, Sweden.
