Business Control Manager to Johnson Matthey

Are you an experienced business controller who is looking for a managing position in an international and sustainable company?

Johnson Matthey Formox AB in Perstorp is looking for a Business Control Manager (Financial Planning and Analysis Manager). Here you will be responsible for securing the accuracy of forecasting and budgeting processes. In this role you work closely with the organization and its stakeholders providing relevant financial data. You lead and develop a small team of Business Controllers. As a Business Control Manager, you will be part of a finance team with great team spirit and can-do-attitude.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive the forecasting and budgeting processes
• Provide financial reports to Finance Director and Management Team
• Analyze historical financial data
• Explain variances against forecast
• Calculate and follow up on various KPIs
• Ensure that individual and team work activities are in line with JM policies and procedures
• Manage and develop a small team of Business Controllers

THE JOB IN BRIEF

You will be reporting to the Finance Director and you will be located in Perstorp. Some travelling may be involved and is estimated to 10 overnight stays yearly.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have university degree within Finance or Business Administration and several years of experience within business controlling and analysis. You also have very good understanding of accounting principles and a thorough knowledge of Excel and ERP systems. Since we´re an international company professional level in English is a requirement. Knowledge in Swedish is preferable, but not mandatory.

You have a firm interest in businesses and what is key to their strong financial performance. You are efficient and able to deliver excellent result against tight deadlines. You have good communication skills, build strong relationships with your various stakeholders and you know how to inspire and motivate your team. You are skilled in coaching people. You have the drive to move things forward, a hands-on attitude and a curious mind.
