Description

Tetra Recart is the first retortable carton package for shelf-stable products, e.g. vegetables, beans, tomatoes, soups and sauces - foods which have traditionally been packed in cans, glass jars and pouches. Business Control & Finance within Tetra Recart is responsible for Management Reporting, Business Control, OHS and Site Administration. The applicant will report to the Director Business Control & Finance and have a close interaction with the Marketing & Product Management Director as well as Marketing & Product Management finance organisation globally.


Main responsibilities

-Support the M&PM team in creating business cases and pay back calculations for product development to support decisions in the product planning process,
-Support M&PM team in financial follow-up of promotional investments globally
-Analyze and control the Sales & General Admin expense
-Support the communication director
-Ensure consolidation and analysis of information in the budget and 3 year plan as well as the actual process from an expense perspective
-Liaise with Market Companies to secure alignment in financial treatment of promotional investments
-Ensure that commercial practices and guidelines are documented and updated as required
-Control the investments
-Contact person towards accounting and Development & Engineering organisations


Qualifications

You are able to see the broad business perspective and at the same time drive for results. You should have a strong analytical approach with the ability to synthesize data into a clear analysis with conclusions and actions - that drives key decisions. Furthermore you have a proactive approach and are quick to flag issues before they escalate. You are a team player with good communication skills and can work easily in a matrix organisation.

The successful candidate has a University degree in Finance and minimum five years of professional experience, preferably in the areas of pay back calculations, cost controlling, investments and project control. It is meriting if you have accounting experience as well as SAP experience. Fluent in English, both written and oral is a requirement.
