Business Controller

About the position

Corporate Controlling is the Controlling business partner to Perstorp´s three Business Areas as well as to Supply Chain and Operations. We are located both at our head office in Malmö and on our 7 production sites across the world.

We support the business with tools, insights and recommendations to be able to initiate proactive actions.

The position is located at our at our head office in Malmö, just across the central station. We are about 90 Perstorpers working from the Malmö office.

What will you do?

- Analyze and create insights to follow-up business results in co-operation with our Business area controllers and the Business area teams
- Contribute to the development of working methods and tools.
- Support in identifying and following up goals and KPIs.
- Support forecasting, budget and strategic planning for the Business areas as well for the Group
- Preparation of business cases, investment evaluations and other business critical financial ad-hoc analysis


Competence we are looking for

- We believe that you have at least 5 years’ experience from business controlling in a complex and international business environment, but you are welcome to challenge us on this- we highly value the right attitude!

- Well-developed analytical skills, having both a holistic view and an eye for details
- Goal oriented approach with the ability to implement, deliver results and follow up.
- Strong communication skills; being able to explain in a simple way for non-financial people
- Team-player with a strong ability to organize and to work independently


We expect you to be curious on how to find more efficient ways of working and to use analytical methods to optimize performance and drive the business forward. You have a very good business sense and understands the entire value chain of a business.
