Business Controller

Sandvik Mining and Construction is looking for Business Controller Description Construction is one of five customer segments within Sandvik Mining and Construction, with a turnover exceeding 7 BSEK.The segment is globally represented in nine regions and with six production sites.We are now looking for a Business Controller to join our team at the Construction segment head office in Svedala.You will report to the Executive Vice President Finance of the segment.The position offers an excellent opportunity for a continued career within the Sandvik Group, in Sweden as well as abroad. Key performance areas Your main responsibility is to take an active part in developing the segment's business performance.- Lead and coordinate the planning, execution and quality assurance of the financial planning, forecasting, reporting and follow-up.- Lead and participate in business controlling change projects incl.development of tools and methods.- Support business activities and decision making processes with regards to financial issues such as business plans, business cases, acquisitions and investments.- Drive risk management process. Your profile The successful candidate has: - A university degree in finance or/and business and at least 5 years relevant experience from a multinational environment.- Strong experience of business planning and forecasting processes as well as good understanding of accounting.- Good analytical and conceptual skills and an ability to work pro-actively.- Ability to build efficient partnerships in a global matrix organization.- Good written and spoken Swedish and English.
