Business Controller

Global IM Business Control & Finance provides financial & control services to all parts of Global IM.We are a small professional team of Global Business Controllers supporting Global IM's Delivery Areas and Enabling Functions across our sites in USA, Sweden and Singapore.

As a Business Controller you will be responsible to provide management with a suitable reporting, financial expertise and ensure an efficient financial planning process.You will report to the Global IM Financial Director and will work independently and close with Global IM Delivery Directors and the Management Team.

As a Business Controller, you will support Global IM to reach our World Class Ambition by:
Providing management with finance expertise, suitable management reporting and ad-hoc analysis
Leading the target and estimate process and participating in the long term planning process
Leading the monitoring of performance in our delivery of IT services and projects against target
Leading, Participating or Driving initiatives as required


Kvalifikationer

The successful candidate should have controlling experience from similar positions of at least 5 years.We expect the candidate to have appropriate education on a university level as well as an excellent command of English.

We are looking for a person with high integrity combined with very good communication skills.Personal drive and positive energy is necessary to be successful in this position.You also need to have the ability to manage and drive change and also be able to focus on results and delivery.Experience or interest in IT is a plus but not a requirement.

The position involves international contacts with people in different time zones and travel is required about 20 days per year to Singapore and US.This position can be based in Lund, Singapore or Denton.
