Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE) in Tetra Pak provides complete solutions and processing equipment for food and beverage production to 10,000 customers all over the world. Our product offer ranges from valves to production lines and complete plants, including both hardware and software. PSE is also responsible for the production and installation of capital equipment for our packaging business.
Within the Processing Solutions and Equipment Finance & Business Transformation team, we are now looking for a Business Controller, PSE Global Finance. The position reports to F&BT Director PS&E Financial Control & Projects and act as business partner to Project Management Office & Plant sales support (PMO).
What you will do 
As our new Business Controller, your main tasks will be to
• Perform monthly/quarterly consolidation of Processing Equipment results and KPIs 
• Be an active business partner and member of PMO management team
• Be the main central contact for PSE controllers in the clusters/Markets related to processing projects
• Provide high-quality, timely support and analysis to enable good business decisions through driving ad hoc projects against e.g. PSE management. 
• Identify efficiency and productivity improvement areas
• Actively simplify and improve processes and tools
• Support on business case follow-up
• Drive BO/BI development from an PSE perspective
This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena.
Who you are 
We believe that you have a Degree in Finance or Business Administration and a proven track records of at least 5 years of experience in Business Control. We are looking for a person with experience from working in a truly global arena and with experience from high-level stakeholder management. You are used to managing projects and you are comfortable in both the role of adviser, acting as an expert and the person who drives things forward. Furthermore, you have strong IT skills (especially BO and Power BI) and you are accustomed to MS Office software.
As a person you are proactive, result driven and have good analytical skills. Working autonomously comes natural to you. You are a good collaborator and team-player with an agile mindset and strong communication skills. You have the ability to formulate and understand business issues, by breaking them down into smaller parts and analyze them. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
