Business Controller

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business controller to be located at our Head Office in Stockholm for a varying and challenging position.This individual will be a key member of the Controller Group and will report to the Vice President of Business Control.Placement Stockholm.

About the position

Working with the on-going business follow-up of the BA's and the Group

Preparing analysis and reports to the Management and Board ensuring quality, speed and timelines.

Monitoring and analysis of income- and cost deviations.

Working with the budget and forecast process, including gap analysis, at the group level.

Actively working with the business control re-engineering.

Improve the business analysis&reporting routines, processes and tools.

Create and participate in group wide business projects, e.g.efficiency projects, M&A-cases etc

Contribution to ad-hoc projects within the area

Your qualifications

University degree within the economical field or equivalent.

3 to 5 years of relevant post qualification experience from business controlling/finance in an international environment.

Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Enthusiastic financial professional, who wants to work close to the business, with a strategic- and business mindset and attention to details.

Strong analytical and social skills and a good feeling for numbers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.

Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic international environment.
