You will be working with:

- Total Investment Management of trade spend
- Creation, Coordination and follow up of budget
- Sales deduction management
- Monthly closing of Trade spend
- Monthly forecast and target process for Trade Spend and General Expense
- Customer Contract Administration
- Performance review & analysis
- Standardized and ad hoc reporting and creation of presentations
- Administrate and follow up of general expenses
- Be Super user of sales information systems

Suitable background:

- Academic Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience of supporting sales- and marketing organizations
- 3-5 years of experience from working in a similar role
- Very good knowledge in Excel
- Business Intelligence system knowledge
- SAP knowledge or similar business system
- Experience from running projects
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English
