Business Controller

Key Operational responsibilities
• Analyze and explain the financial development and forecast of the sector on a continuous basis to always be on top of net operating working capital (NOWC) and investments.
• Providing aligned & standardized formats and structure for controlling activities within the Sector functions.
• Consolidation & analysis of financial performance, proposing corrective measures when necessary by focusing on specific areas.
• Participate in preparations of reports for the Sector Management such as Monthly Report to Group Management, EMEA Sector Management and Sector Board Financial information.
• Drive part of the Forecasts & Budget processes as well as Target setting.
• Be a reliable & solid representative of the Sector Financial Management towards other internal departments (Group Controlling, Treasury, Group Accounting, etc…) & external auditors.
• Have the capability to be the cross function contact point for the different Sector Controlling functions (Product Line, Sales, Industrial Operations, Marketing, etc).
• Initiate, lead or participate in various ad-hoc projects within the Sector and the Group.
Key Competencies:
• Perfect understanding and experience of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Strong knowledge in forecasting processes & financial planning.
• Good knowledge of IT tools (SAP & Excel) and applications. Knowing Electrolux information systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and ability to work against tough deadlines.
• Open minded and comfortable working in a Global environment with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Minimum requirements
• Education: University degree in Business Administration or similar
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Controlling positions in an international environment.
