Business Controller

We are looking for Business Controller to join our Finance department. As a Business controller at Climeon, you will support various stakeholders with both the business and financial planning perspective. To succeed in the role we are looking for someone able to work independently, take great responsibility and have a great drive.

The role will include the following:

- Responsible for the budget and forecast processes, both P&L and cash flow, short-term and long-term. This means responsibility for planning and executing the processes from start to finish with the ability to capture the entire image as well as the details.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts
- Responsible for developing and delivering the monthly reporting package, follow-up, analysis and KPI’s. Timely and with high quality.
- Support budget holders in implementing profitability improvement initiatives and to control and reduce working capital.
- Close collaboration and support to the sales department with pricing models, calculation, business case and profitability analysis.
- Responsible for preparing product, profitability and cost calculations as well as follow-up of inventory and inventory valuation.
- Transfer pricing to Group companies
- Support CAPEX planning within R&D, follow up and control.
- Responsible for continuous improvements of ERP tools, processes and routines.


Who are you?

We are looking for someone with the ability to see the big picture as well as identifying the details crucial for the big picture. This requires good understanding of business processes and good understanding of accounting. We therefor seek someone with the following competences:

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of previous experience working with Business Controlling preferably in a producing Company.
- An academic degree within the area of Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a similar area.
- High knowledge and skills in ERP systems, preferable Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Excel and how it supports the business.
- Strong analytical skills, have a good understanding of quantitative calculation methods and how to practically perform analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage people, by creating a passion for objectives, plans and processes. You have a good educational ability to train and coach in various of financial matters.

- Since Climeon is active in several geographical markets you need to be fluent both in Swedish and English.
