Our role
In this role you will report to the OSS Controller for BA Europe. The team's core strategy is to focus on outstanding consumer experience, while increasing sales revenue and reducing operational costs. The Business Controller role is to ensure that we drive business performance across financial and operational results.
You will support the OSS Controller with financial results across Net sales, Service cost, Sales fixed cost across the OSS, and drive operational results across Service operations, Contact center, and Knowledge management.
You will work in close collaboration with Peace of Mind product line and the Quality organization and will also act as a change manager within the organization.
Responsibilities
· Budgeting and actuals for OSS Sales for channels B2B and D2C (Contact center & Service operations) for Spares, Services, and Finished goods
· Analysis sales channel profitability and drive profitable growth
· Budgeting and cost control for Warranty cost and out of warranty service cost
· Control of Sales fixed cost and PEC
· Drive operational results across Contact centers, Service operations, Knowledge management, OSS sales
· Drive business transformation at BA Europe and Cluster level at both financial and operational level
· Evaluate business cases for investment in Contact center and Service operations
· Drive business performance through monthly cluster business reviews
· Manage various projects within OSS controlling

Minimum requirements
· Master's degree in a relevant field such as business or finance
· Minimum 5 years work experience in business controlling
· Experience dealing with cross-functional decision making and horizontal leadership
· Experience in project controlling
· Fluent in English; any other European language we consider a plus
· Comfortable to work in a team / office / virtual environment as well as works autonomously
