In this role as Business Controller you will lead local Controlling teams to optimize financial performance within Power Transformers in Ludvika. You will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analysing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.

Your responsibilities
Collaborate with Local Product Group, Product Line and HUB controllers to effectively complete Power Transformers financial delivery
Responsible for the monthly deliverables, including closings, forecast and covering the full financial package and related tasks to ensure reliable financial data reporting according to defined timelines
Make sure we are compliant with reporting guidelines and that external requirements are properly followed
Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders and business managers within and outside the organization
Support and assist team members including collaboration with remote team members in India
Continuously improve and suggest new ideas on how to optimize profitability and reduce product costing
Closely monitor relevant KPIs to push for effectiveness of cost structure and productivity
Take part in and drive projects together with internal stakeholders to minimize commercial and financial risk exposure

You hold a university degree in business administration, finance or accounting.
Several years of experience, preferably from a similar industry.
Strong Microsoft office/computer skills and solid knowledge of ERP systems (settings and processes).
Proficiency in English since you will be part of an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world
