We are looking for a Business Controller   

We are now looking for a Business Controller to our Finance team at Mini Rodini.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Business Controller you will work closely with the CFO, CEO and rest of the management team of Mini Rodini. You will be a critical part of realizing Mini Rodini’s Ecommerce centred growth journey by providing high quality business and financial advice. This is an exciting position where you are expected to work independently yet as a team player support many different parts of the organisation.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to: 


• Business and financial analysis related to monthly reporting.
• Track growth initiatives and evaluate our sales channels’ performance.
• Cost and investments analysis.
• Overall responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain and develop KPIs and financial reports in our BI-system.
• Strategic partner to CFO and CEO.

The position is a full-time permanent position, based at our Stockholm Office and you will report to our CFO. Start date is mid-september.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience: 


• Education within business administration, Finance or equivalent experience.
• 2 years relevant experience as a Business Controller.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and great communication skills.
• Industry experience from Ecommerce as well as working with BI-systems is an advantage.
