Business Controller

Are you genuinely interested in ensuring control and insights into CFO Office Business Development and IT financials?
With us you have the opportunity to:
- Take responsibility for financial forecasting of Business Development & BIO Group Functions;
- Gain and give insights into (IT) investment portfolio for CFO Office;
- Provide reporting and analytics on expenses, forecast and cost targets;
- Ensure compliance to internal accounting rules and regulations (capitalizations, reservations, invoice handling, benefit distribution);
- Be the expert on financial matters for the BD&BIO Group Functions management team and the whole unit of ~200 people.


What you need in this role:
- Relevant academic degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or Economics;
- Excellent knowledge in the Microsoft Office package, very comfortable with Excel;
- Good understanding of accounting and banking;
- Good communication skills (in English);
- Excellence in self-leadership;
- High degree of integrity;
- Experience with IT (project) management, dealing with budgeting, forecasting and follow-up for IT development and operations (would be an advantage);
- General understanding of the organisational setup of Swedbank’s Business Development & BIO unit and proficiency in terminology of the area (would be an advantage).
