With deep roots in music, art, architecture and what is contemporary, Axel Arigato has defined itself by offering more than a product. It has been created to leave an experience at the front of mind, whether it’s via stores, online or through events.

Axel Arigato currently has 7 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gothenburg & Paris with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 100 members of staff in 7 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.

We are looking for a Business Controller to join our team! When working with us you can expect to work with great colleagues in a rapidly expanding fashion company, where every day brings unique challenges and possibilities. The Business Controller proactively works with respective departments to ensure high-quality output and effective business support. You will be responsible for performing ongoing analysis, data validation, and reporting of internal and external key figures and decision material. You will be expected to take an active role in the budgeting and forecasting process and contribute to continuous improvements.

We believe that you are an independent individual and strong collaborator who is solution-oriented as the role will require you to take initiative and have grit.

Responsibilities

• Proactively work with various departments and act as a sounding board
• Create and develop reports that help the company's various departments to better measure and follow up their daily operations
• Develop and compile management reports
• Together with the company's departments, map and improve workflows and processes
• Ensure fast and qualitative reports of the company's KPI’s
• Develop, improve and be a superuser in the company's BI tool
• Collaborating and reporting to internal stakeholders
• Participate in the company's forecast and budget process

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or similar
• 1-3 years of experience from a similar role is meritorious
• Highly analytical and self-driven
• Open-Minded, confident, and independent with a team spirit
• Eager to learn and encouraged to embrace new situations and opportunities
• Business-interested and curious about how flows are built up and connected
• Ability to create and build networks internally and externally
• Advanced knowledge in Excel
• Experience in a multichannel sales organization is a plus but not a requirement
• Experience from working in a BI such as Qlik or Power BI, is a plus but not a requirement
• Fluent in English, both written and speech
• Swedish is a plus but not a must
