Business Controller

We are looking for a Business Controller with excellent analytical skills who can go from words to action and wants to work in a international environment at a company where you as an employee get great responsibility and good development opportunities



Your role

As a Business controller for a department you support line managers and projects managers in all financial issues. You participate in the management team and work proactively to improve profitability. You plan and report monthly closing, budget, forecast and financial business plan all of course in collaboration with managers.

We are looking for a Business Controller with high integrity and analytical skills You have an interest in business and see possibilities for improvements in the day-to-day work as well as in the long-term strategic financial management. You contribute with positive energy and thrives when interacting with your fellow employees to find new business setups, develop ways of working and challenge "old truths". This role requires you to have many contacts within the organization and good relationships with the people around you. Together we can achieve more than individually.

Required skills

* Master's degree in economics
* Minimum five years of relevant experience
* Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will report to the business unit controller located in Karlskoga and be part of the Swedish finance team. We support one another when it comes to specific finance issues and jointly strive to contribute to improve profitability.
