Business Controller

About the role

As Business Controller, you will be focusing on financial and business analyses and also be a key person when it comes to preparing materials for decision making within the organisation. You will also manage different development projects and processes to improve our way of work. You will report to our CFO.

What you’ll be doing



Analysis and presentation of business metrics such as annual recurring revenues (ARR), new bookings, churn, pipeline, win rates and other financial business KPIs on a monthly basis. Reporting is done both internally and externally towards the management team, the board and our owners;





Forecasting and budgeting of P&L with a particular focus on the top line, cash flow and other KPIs (rolling 12 months basis) on a short and long term basis;





Driving projects in developing and fine-tuning our decision making processes and data;





Ad hoc analyses and reports.



What you’ll bring to the team

You hold a Master of Science in Business Administration or equivalent;



At least 4-5 years of relevant job experience;



The analytic mindset with an eye for details;



An awesome colleague and a team player by heart;

Great communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English.

Experience from SaaS and SaaS-related metrics;



International experience working with different cultural backgrounds;



Strong ‘can-do’ attitude.
