Business Controller

Role Description:
We are looking for a Business Controller to help support several functions in the organization. The Business Controller proactively works with respective departments to ensure high-quality output and effective business support. You will be responsible for performing ongoing analysis, data validation, and reporting of internal and external key figures and decision material. You will be expected to take an active role in the budgeting and forecasting process and contribute to continuous improvements.
On a personal level, you are driven, solution-oriented, and dedicated. You possess high work capacity with the ability to perform in a timely and accurate manner. Being people-oriented and taking initiative comes naturally to you.


Responsibilities:
Consolidation and analysis of monthly closings, reporting, and follow-ups.
Analyze revenues, costs, profitability, and other aspects of the business.
Create and develop reports that help the company's various departments to better measure and follow up their daily operations.
Develop and compile management reports.
Develop KPIs, reports, forecasting, and analysis methods.
Support in and drive the Budget and Forecast process.
Prepare presentations for Business review meetings.
Various Ad Hoc projects and tasks.

Qualities and skills you possess:
5+ years of experience in business controlling, auditing, or transaction services;
Bachelor's degree in finance or engineering;
Good business and financial acumen.
Excellent proficiency in Excel.
Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
Pragmatic and down to earth.
