We’re a Finance/Controlling team that supports product development and production of Articulated Haulers. We are currently in an exciting phase developing new kind of products, something that will change as well direct as indirect ways of working.

You will be a part of team that enjoys working with other people, both inside our team as outside. We are six individuals with various past – something we find is helping us identifying the best solutions to the challenges we’re facing.
We cooperate with colleagues on other locations in Sweden and abroad, and the learning from each other goes on constantly.
Main activities and responsibilities:
We are looking for a temporary (at least one year) replacement during one of our colleague’s absence. This Business Controller position at Site Braås contains among other things responsibilities such as financial forecasts and follow up of actual results. The holder of the actual position is working as controller of a highly advanced product development project, where the outcome is a key for future business success. Also included in the position is being the controller of our purchasing function, which stands for a significant part of the financial outcome. You will become a key player in identifying and follow up of resources needed for a certain product development project and/or a certain department connected to the producing activities. Identifying deviations and proposal of corrective actions/activities make part of the tasks for this position.
We try to be as structured as possible, but we also need to have ideas on how to change and adapt ways of working depending on changes in the outer circumstances. There’s a great variety of tasks and incoming questions and we therefore need to be prepared in many ways, and continuously develop our skills and ability to adaptation. We are a part of a world and an environment in constant change, and we like the challenge.
We would like you to have previous experience of controlling work and be used to with short notice take on new situations/tasks. It goes without saying that you find figures/numbers interesting and that you have a sense for it, in the way that you understand how they are related to actions and activities that are not static.
Education, experience:
University degree/similar in finance or something close to finance.
Working/have been working a number of years within Finance/Controlling or other kind of activity that contains routines, analysis, continuous improvement and open and creative mind. E.g. Logistics, Production or Order Planning/Management.
Being used to and enjoy working with people of different background and experience.
Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office and SAP.
Swedish and English in writing and talking.
