Business Controller

We are searching for a Business Controller, Supply Chain at the Thule Group Head Quarters in Malmö. As our business is growing and getting more complex our need for support from business controlling is increasing. We believe we have an interesting position for someone with an academic degree, 5-10 years experience in a similar role and who wants to grow and develop in one of Sweden’s most interesting stock listed company.
We have a Global Supply Chain team managing our factories, logistic and purchasing set-up. The person we are looking for will take lead in supporting the business with several analyses within Supply Chain, driving budgeting/forecasting processes and challenge status quo. Furthermore, you will be working to improve our QlikView applications and other analyzing tools. You will be much involved in meetings with several functions and with the management of the Thule Group.
There is a strong interaction between Business Controlling and Product Management. Therefore it is very important that the controlling function has a keen interest in the commercial side of the business and a genuine understanding of how a business is interlinked and built up.
You have a master’s degree in business administration or Industrial Engineering & Management with 5 – 10 years of work experience from business controlling. You are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, have excellent English skills and are used to work towards tight deadlines. We believe that you are analytical, focused on details and proactive in your daily tasks. Furthermore, it is important that you have excellent communicative skills and have good interpersonal skills since you will be interacting a lot with people both internally and externally.
