We are looking for an analytical and driven person to join our Business Performance team. Telenor is rapidly heading towards a digital and data driven future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.

What you´ll do

In the role as Business Controller you will play an important role in understanding the cost logic and drivers, and how these affects the current operating model and strategic ambitions. You will hold a position within the Business Performance Management Team and act as a Business Partner towards the organization. You will report directly to Joakim Morwall, Head of Business Performance Management, Operations.

You will have the chance to work in an exciting environment and be a part of this exiting journey that we´re in.

The role also includes following
* Performance in short- and long term
* Work closely with Management teams
* Strategical financial planning
* Forecasting, monthly closing and reporting
* BI-development & self service
* Ad-hoc initiatives and projects

Who are you

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a big interest in Telecom and IT industry. You have strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, and you are accustomed to presenting financial data and insights. You have a broad knowledge and experience of BI and financial tools and in parallel Microsoft applications is a necessity.
* 2-5 years hands-on experience of controlling
* Belief and experience in Agile way of work
* Communicative, curious and hands-on attitude
* Open to and committed to change
