BUSINESS CONTROLLER

Kvalifikationer
- A financial, economics or engineering education.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a finance position.
- Exposure to high commodity spend and large magnitude of data managing capability as well as track record of running finance projects.
- Good understanding of Direct Material (transaction) flow.
- Fluent in English in both speech and writing. Additional language skill are meritorious but not a requirement.
- Prior purchasing controlling knowledge is highly desirable.
- Exposure to digitalization of systems and knowledge of power BI or equivalent tools is highly desirable.

Job Description
We are now looking for a Business Controller to our customer in the electronic industry! In the role you will plan and actively drive the performance reviews cycles under guidance of the Global DM purchasing manager as well as actively drive transformation projects to ensure that global purchasing targets are met. You will also prepare and analyze global purchasing comprehensive Balanced Score Card and run the periodic performance reviews. Furthermore you will be the project manager of the key initiatives with key role in coordinating deliverables from different stakeholders and secure the data quality and that project objectives are delivered as per agreed time plan. Ad-hoc analyses will be made when needed as well as coordinate, validate and secure the quality of purchasing data.


Personal qualities
To thrive in the role of Business Controller you are a self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision. You are capable of setting priorities, meeting deadlines and have excellent communications skills. You are also strong in initiative and decision making, problem solving and you have great analytical skills. Futhermore you have the ability and the desire to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and are comfortable with remote leadership and matrix organisations.

Salary
Salary as agreed.

Full time position, 40h/week. The position is expected to start as soon as possible and is expected to run until 2022-07-24, with a chance of extension.
