Job Summary
We are now looking for a Business Controller for Global Services business unit with focus on Supply Network and Product Management cross Packaging and Processing Services.
Within Tetra Pak, Services develops, sells and delivers global Services that reduce operational cost and improve overall operational efficiency for our customers. Services provide knowledge, technical competence development, spare parts, tools and methodologies to design, manufacture and support Tetra Pak products and meet our customer’s quality expectations.
The position will be based in Lund but work in a global area and will report to the Director Business Control Product Management and Supply Network.
What you will do
In this position you will have the opportunity to provide business support in Services from the commercial offer to operation and delivery. Responsible for the compilation of financial data, analysis & structure of the information. Deep dive into results of material categories and proactively suggest actions to drive correct business decisions. Ensures efficient, transparent, and aligned controlling for Services material categories across markets. Strong skillset in automation and standardisation of reports.
You will focus on
Monthly financial and KPI reporting with focus on material categories, services inventory, investments, expenses including corrective actions with business and/or finance stakeholders were deviations.
Support preparation of monthly financial book-closing
Support Forecast and Budget preparation with focus on elements above.
Business Partner with responsible Business Directors to ensure a continuous and sustainable margin.
Be active partner in business and finance transformation projects and contribute to reporting guideline updates
Support business case review and follow up
Collaboration with the global and market business controllers and act as subject matter expert in the material categories.
Drive the development of standardized reporting (eg PowerBI) and delivery of automated reports.


We believe you have
We believe that you have a Degree in Finance or Business Administration and a proven track records of at least 5 years of experience in Business Control. You have strong IT skills (especially SAP R/3, BO and Power BI). You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
In this role it is important to have strong skills in reporting tools, analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving.
