We are looking for a Business Controller

As Business Controller, you will be part of a Finance team of a total of nine co-workers globally. Your role will include overall responsibility our budget and forecast process, including financial business reviews. Main tasks are to analyze results, drive change, measure and control the business together with our small Business Control team.

Other responsibilities included are compliance, development of processes and policies.

You will have the freedom to design the work methods and best way of working that you believe WirelessCar and our Finance team will benefit from.

Key responsibilities

- Business Controlling is a true business partner to management of all parts of the organization to drive and support financial business performance, risk management and value creation.
- Define financial steering principles to support our business models.
- Develop, implement and manage policies and guidelines in relation to forecasting, financial ratios, performance indicators, cost calculations, working capital management and investments.
- Analyze and follow up of financial and operational performance to support management teams and propose and drive corrective actions.
- Provide management and business with various ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic and tactical decision making.
- Provide management with financial performance reports and analyses including recommendations and early warnings.
- Work closely with the Key Account Managers to make sure that each business is profitable and gives the needed financial contribution to our overall result.

As person you are a curious, innovative and an analytical problem solver that also enjoy teamwork and have an inclusive approach to your work. To be on top of things, you have a desire to understand our business and wants to learn the driving mechanism behind our success.

You also carry a great knowledge within Microsoft Office and find yourself self-propelled in the daily business and show high integrity. We believe that you have experience and have worked in SAP, since we are working with SAP S/4HANA public cloud. You speak and writes in Swedish and English since some weekly tasks will come across the Swedish language.
