We are now hiring a Business Controller to our Global Financial team in Vikmanshyttan, Sweden

What you do

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and carry out financial analysis, forecasting and modeling to support our continuous growth. In addition, you will work proactively with our KPI’s and develop models that enable us to make data-driven decisions. You will;

- Initiate, coordinate and conclude budget and forecast process for CTEK organization
- Creating and reporting a full P&L statement for a certain division on monthly basis. Support the sales department (but also others) with different analyzes, pricing issues, business calculations, KPI follow-ups and reporting, reviews of sales contracts.
- Weekly sales reporting to management and board. Monthly follow-ups on mainly sales and margin deviations compared to budget and last year. Performing risk analysis to mitigate and manage risks, if necessary.
- Prepare documentations for management decisions, customer meetings, board meetings and other back-up regarding preparation of monthly management report to the board


Who you are

We appreciate a commercial awareness and can-do attitude, along with a humble and friendly personality. You have a positive mindset and like to move at high speed together with others. Also a genuine interest in supporting and integrating with different positions in an organization and we are looking for a doer with an analytical mindset.

Your skills

You have several years’ experience from work in finance department with accounting and/or budget. It is essential that you are comfortable working with ERP and CRM systems, and you have a good knowledge in Excel, Qlick-View and Power Point. Fluent in English, orally and written, is mandatory.
