Business Controller for Digital Core


At finance, you are part of a global team that drives business performance to realize the objectives set out in our clients Corporate Strategy. You act in cooperation with colleagues in other business units world-wide, you provide financial expertise and guidance.

This is a position within the Finance team working with Corporate Functions and central functions with focus on Digital Core

Main Responsibility:
As a controller for digital core, you will be responsible for all financial matters within your functional unit from an operational, global, and functional perspective. You will steer and challenge the operation towards fulfilment of financial targets as well as drive operational efficiency. From a performance steering perspective, you always challenge and secure that the unit strive to fulfil the strategics targets. You are a member of the operational department management team as well as the finance team of Corporate Functions and HQ and your daily tasks will include working with both your operational function as well as supporting our other functions within corporate function and HQ. You will also work together with our global finance teams from Group accounting to Business Finance.

Required qualifications:
Experience from finance, accounting and controlling is a must but also a high level of integrity together with a positive attitude and hands on and lets do this mindset.
To communicate complex data in both Swedish and English is not a problem.
Skilled in Excel, power BI, SAP

To be successful in this role you need to have a holistic mind-set and the ability to use facts together with business acumen to drive decisions towards business targets.


You are analytical, focused on deliveries as well as people orientated and you able to cooperate cross - functionally.

PLEASE NOTE: FLUENCY IN BOTH SWEDISH AND ENGLISH IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE!

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg, 6 months contract to start, good possibility of extension after that. Start ASAP!
