To further enhance our performance, we are now hiring a Business Controller to join the Group Business Control department.
Be a trusted business partner to the Gloves and Antiseptics business area in all financial matters
Create value by providing insights for corporate functions, thus influencing their business counterparts to make better decisions.
Challenge the status quo and champion finance as well as enterprise-level transformation.
Support strategy execution and decision-making.
Act as key contact for stakeholders, translate and direct to relevant parties.
In this role, you will be able to champion your controlling competencies and take on an exciting opportunity to broaden your scope, getting an overview of two of our four business areas.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Be a Finance Business Partner for the Gloves and Antiseptics R&D function. This includes leading the forecast process, monthly follow up of performance and providing financial support in different areas.
Participate in Gloves and Antiseptics product development projects as finance representative, ensuring correctness and quality of data along with challenging input and assumptions.
Support in the strategic costing process for Gloves and Antiseptics and ensure that strategic costing is planned and reported correctly
Provide financial support and analysis to EMEA Gloves Business Director.
Coordinator in Gloves and Antiseptics overall forecasting process, give guidance and ensure a good communication.

Qualifications
Education with a relevant finance degree
Senior experience from different aspects of business control
