We are looking for an experienced Business Controller to be Finance Business Partner for Segment/Regional Supplier Management Director. In this role, you will be responsible for the compilation and analysis of data, presentation of the information and support the business actions. Responsible to drive financial planning and forecasting. Contributing to secure effectiveness of internal controls.
This is an individual contributor role and will be based in Lund, Sweden, report to the Director Business Control - Supplier Management & Base Materials based in Switzerland.
What you will do
As our Business Controller you will;
Business Partner to Supplier Management Director
Drive productivity initiatives
Regularly report & follow up on :
Supplier Management KPIs. Drive action plans together with Supplier Management Organization in order to achieve better results
Expenses and FTE’s. Provide variance analysis vs. budget, last year & outlook. Proactively drive & recommend corrective actions
Savings, Cost Reduction and Cost Avoidance
Spend Evolution
Prepare and present quarterly Supplier Management reports
Lead the annual financial planning & forecasting process for Supplier Management function
Ensure the implementation of Supplier Management policies and procedures.
Secure effectiveness of internal controls and drive good governance
Drive standardization and implementation of best practices
Secure Supplier Manager Self-Service information
Liaise with other Finance key players : Hub, GFC, Local Finance organizations, etc
We believe you have
MBA Finance or CPA/CA or other professional accreditation
More than 7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, performance management within the Multinational company.
Experience implementing projects, managing programs, and designing and implementing processes/controls is a plus.
Good understanding of internal controls, systems and process
Excellent business judgment
Ability to influence business stakeholders
Pro-active personality and enjoys working on improvement projects
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholder management skills
Must be proficient in using Excel, and be skilful in other office software
Experience in SAP finance module is a plus
Fluent English (both in writing and speaking)
