Overview
We are looking for a Business Controller to support the business unit with financial follow-up, steering, control and advice within Global Business Services region Europe North.
The position is located in Gothenburg.



Main accountabilities and responsibilities
Be an active member of the management team and share the responsibility to optimize the performance the function
Plan, organize, analyze and report services as well as other admin costs budget, forecast, outcomes and KPIs, and split of costs to business units
Coordinate and secure monthly admin cost follow-up
Lead and coordinate cost sharing activities
Contribute as a member of the global controller network
Perform cost control of special projects and activities

Apart from the above, you will develop and harmonize ways of working throughout the region as well as develop new relevant KPI’s and be part of different projects.

Experience and qualification requirements
University degree in relevant discipline (preferably in business and administration)
Working within a similar role for at least 5 years
Experience from a big multi-national business environment
Well documented accounting and controlling skills and experience
Advanced skills in MS office applications (Excel)
SAP system knowledge
AARO system knowledge
Solid experience with financial information, reporting and planning systems
Hands-on experience with budget preparation techniques
A skilled communicator, both in written and spoken in English and Swedish
Have a basic understanding for accounting

Furthermore, you are great with numbers, you focus on details and you keep deadlines. You are used to work within a remote team.
