Aurobay is looking for a Business Controller. As a member of Aurobay´s finance team you are part of a transformation journey becoming a stand-alone company and creating excellence. Our main purpose is enabling business, through clear and supporting processes and cross functional collaboration. To proactively provide insightful, action-based analysis and recommendations to help guide the business and implement our strategy.

What will you do?

In your role you’ll work with:

- Active in the planning process, forecasts, and outlooks.
- Challenging and working close to the business making sure we have a business acumen also providing business specific insights and analysis as needed
- Supporting with company financial steering model
- Making sure we have relevant management reporting
- Provide Head of Controlling with ad hoc analysis and information to support easier decision making.
- Present complex matters in presentation and verbally.
- Work towards more automation and less reliance on excel


Do you fit the profile?

We believe you have a bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Engineering, Science, Finance or equivalent with experience from controlling or financial planning and analysis and / or project management

- Experience in calculation and projections
- Holistic business understanding, result, and performance management orientation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, future looking and solution-oriented approach toward business topics
- Project management and change management skills and recognized ambassador for digital ways of working. Ability and will to shape a new role according to the needs found to be of value for the organization
- Successful in becoming a trusted partner to many stakeholders
- Self-motivation, drive, and action-oriented with high sense of personal accountability
- Curiosity and interest in learning new things
- Showing integrity and courage to challenge in a constructive way


You like communication, and are a curious person with high integrity, loyalty, systematical and agile thinking. You are self - driven and structured individual who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.
