A REGULAR DAY AT WORK
As a Business Controller within BA Controlling, you are the backbone of the team driving all core processes related to closing and financial planning. In a dynamic and fast-moving environment, the team acts as a financial advisor to Business Area Management by providing decision-making support, business intelligence and financial performance reporting. As a Business Controller, you will own the monthly and quarterly closing process, drive the financial planning for the total business area and lead continuous improvement efforts across our processes.

YOUR SKILLS INCLUDE
· Strong analytical skills
· Highly proactive and self-motivated
· Team player with great social skills
· Tech savvy and strong ability and interest to use financial systems
· Excellence in MS-Office suite, specifically Excel (VBA is a strong plus)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Academic degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.
· 5-7 years of business controlling or financial analysis experience.
· Fluent in English
