Responsibilities:
As a Business Controller, with a focus on commercial financial analysis, you will be a part of our controlling team while working closely with senior stakeholders and management. You will be involved in major strategic planning cycles as well as setting up business cases and ad hoc analysis. To succeed in this role, you ought to have a talent for analysis, communication and the ability to see potential for improvement, often with limitations in time.

Some of your duties in this role will include:

- Supporting the Management with business analysis, business cases and useful data insights (both on ad-hoc basis and to be used in senior management presentations)

- Reporting and analysis related to budgeting and long term planning

- Support the team within Mathem Express with financial analysis, reporting and budgeting/forecasting.

- Own parts of Mathem’s monthly reporting process and other financial presentations

- Continuous development of BI Dashboards together with the other controllers and rest of Mathem

- System ownership of budgeting & reporting tools (Jedox and other)

What we are looking for:

- Relevant educational background

- 3+ years of relevant experience

- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with key stakeholders & management

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven strategic mindset, with the ability to see the core business

- Ability to deliver high quality output, with high attention to detail

- Advanced excel skills, with working knowledge of G-suite

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
