Business Controller

The main task for the Business Navigation team is to handle reports & master data and Controlling/Navigation to support the IKEA Business solution organisation. The Assignment
Business Navigation team supports the overall planning and steering process of current and future cost development and goal setting activities within IKEA Business solution organisation. The assignment includes to handle and consolidate a lot of financial master data from many different sources. This means that a very high knowledge in Excel is required along with the ability to combine an interest in details with a holistic view. The work is performed in an inspiring, supportive and challenging way in line with the IKEA objectives and values.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
? Secure that correct financial and performance information is available when needed.
? Follow up on implementation of decided actions to secure that the costs are well controlled.
? Analyse, prepare and provide financial and performance reports, evaluations, suggestions for optimization on time and with focus on cost efficiency.
? Be an ambassador for standard business solutions and common tools.
? Secure and work in compliance to IKEA financial guidelines and Business navigation guidelines.
? Provide support and training in controlling and financial matters to relevant stakeholders.
Is this your next challenge?
To be successful in this role you must have:
? Bachelor degree in controlling or corresponding knowledge,
? High knowledge of controlling methodology,
? Understanding and interest in the profit and loss structure,
? At least five years from business controlling experience,
? Very high knowledge in Excel and other financial BI tools,
? Fluent in written and spoken English,
